A Man Pleasing Meal

I have said it for years but if you want to make a man happy, fry him some bacon. 

I learned this weekend Williams-Sonoma's Ale-Braised Sausages with Bell Peppers will make my man happy.  He was in Hungry Boyfriend Heaven.

This dish is perfect for a snowy, winter night.  It’s warm, heavy and has tons of flavor thanks to the sausage, ale and apple cider.  Highly Recommend.
